HD Consulting Services Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Agreement Duration

• All consulting services provided by HD Consulting Services are based on a minimum commitment of 90 days. This ensures that the strategies and solutions implemented have sufficient time to produce measurable results.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their consulting agreement by providing a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the desired termination date. The notice must be sent via email to [[email protected]] or any other communication channel agreed upon during the onboarding process.

• If the cancellation notice is given before the 90-day minimum service period has elapsed, the client is responsible for payment of the remaining balance up to the 90-day minimum.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments for services are due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought current.

• Payments can be made via credit card, ACH transfer, or any other method agreed upon during the contract signing.

4. Scope of Services

• The scope of consulting services will be detailed in the service agreement signed by both parties. Any additional services or requests outside the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees and a new service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

• HD Consulting Services will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, data, and materials provided during the course of the consulting engagement. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any intellectual property created by HD Consulting Services during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to strategies, documents, and materials, remains the property of HD Consulting Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• HD Consulting Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consulting services provided. The liability of HD Consulting Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services under the specific service agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the service agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. The jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings will be specified in the service agreement.

9. Amendments

• This fulfillment policy may be amended from time to time by HD Consulting Services. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the policy in writing, with the opportunity to review and agree to the new terms.
